This is an OEM Mercedes leather seat cover for the back of a R107 front seat.  The cover is a light brown/tan color and is in very good condition.  It has been stored in a climate controlled facility for decades.  The part number is 107-910-09-46.  Note in the pictures there are several abrasions in the center of the seat cover.  They can be color-matched and mostly hidden from view when touched up.
